U will be suprised .... it is their policy not to ever go past KCB in profits .... so as not to appear unjustifiable ..... they have to under declare their profits with few billions under KCB thus the reason they cannot give their results before KCB does it..

This bank make super normal profits ...

remember the guy who was slapped by JM sometimes back ...... get to know why!

God gave me the power to make wealth ... Blessed the work of my hands & enabled be A SELF MADE BILLIONAIRE ...... TO GOD THE FATHER OF MY LORD JESUS CHRIST; BE THE GLORY NOW & FOREVER MORE!

NPL skeletons are coming home to roost. KCB too has the NPL basket overflowing as per the Q3 report.

If the big boys are adjusting for NPLs what about the small tier banks?

@cde - keep an eye on NBK. I think this one will be a shocker.

Yes sir. Mainstream analysts thrown into a spin too smile Upgrading stocks as the earnings go South.

"U" recovery here we go, March 2014*

On the flip-side, as the bankers 'give back to the people' through declining rates and account for NPLs, the insurers bond portfolios must be getting puffed on the capital gains side. Hehe..Let's see.

JM Should utilize this position well

Hizi NPL spike are a result of the new guidelines on loan provisions. Will indeed be interesting to see how NBK will fair on this front … OAN, who remembers, NBK Q3 2012 bottom line was a loss. Sasa Q3 2013 bottom line should impress growth wise
