It so happens that UMK is indeed president by virtue of 50% votes and being handed over as per the constitution the power and authority of the state. But there is also power derived from other sources. RAO has, firmly in his grip 47% of the country who, incase of a slip up would not think twice of crowning him President. A good portion of that 47% still passionately consider him 'the president' in their hearts though the constitution does not recognise it. They do and in a de facto way gives validity to his claim while watering down the real office bearers. Some acquire authority through inheritance, e.g monarchs. There is derived powers, like what one 'total man aka bull of Stockland' had curved out from MOI etc etc That is why he, RAO, is always on peoples thoughts and governments watchlist.

Ground breaking is in a few hours keen to see whether Kaloozer and RAO will attend. I don't think Muthama will, it will be a surprise if he does. Mkeiyd and @Masukush are you still dismissing this man ngafana as a dreamer? I think the guy has woken up from his dream its time to act. Oooh....And the Commander in Chief is the chief guest "There are only two emotions in the market, hope & fear. A lot of people may not know this, but soon a lot of the "real" middle class will be moving to mayakos. I'm included Jose: If I make it through this thug life, I'll see you one day. The Lord is the only way to stop the hurt.

Kalonzo in the house!! He admits sending a 'please call me' to President Uhuru. Thanks Ngilu for being the only person who believed he should have been president. Promises to 'talk' to Muthama as his party leader. Wants to be sent to EAC as a negotiator together with PM Pesa Nane plans to be shilingi when he grows up.
