Expect KES 25 to be revisited as bigger players announce 'worthy' results.. Though growing, HF is not at full potential. Not even close.. Ireri has tried, but needs to do more

@Obiero.
Don't be surprised to see HFCK back to 26.00-25.00, some times the market takes time to appreciate value generation.

Ireri is doing a fantastic job and will still do more, how many other companies in the NSe can boast of 50% plus growth for 3 years ? Yes he can do more, and he will do more. What more can you ask of a CEO, look at his track record in numbers...

HFCK PBT (millions)

2006- 127
2007- 131
2008- 196
2009- 354
2010- 560
2011- 975
2012- 907
2013- 1.3 billion (prediction, with estimate 50% growth)

what more do want form this man. That's 10 times growth in earnings over 8 yrs.

Please. Hii mtu haikuwa HFCK 2006-2009. Come clean.. Hata mimi nikipewa HFCK nitaipandisha PBT. Housing demand in Kenya is insatiable

CAGR from 2006-2011 is 41%!!! extrapolate this from 2012 to 2016, since housing demand mismatch and the pbt of 2016 could be. 5.2 billion if 975m is your base.
gives eps of 22.75.
value with pe of 12. target is 273.00.
.....a ten bagger ceteris paribus esp CAGR.

Obiero so KCBs miss is what ur talking about? Which other company is at a pe of 8, NAV very close to the market price, growing at a consistent 40%+ ? I personally hope it stagnates. Need to jaza proper!
PB = Price/NAV ... So, what is the PB? How 'close' is the PB to NAV?
