They still have 15% (fixed rate) on their Mortgages. Only thing, during application you can be qualified fast enough, but then the cash takes a while before it's transferred to you. "Long Queue or cash flow issues maybe".. All the best.

Once you start skipping payments, the interest starts to accumulate and before you know it, you owe more than you borrowed yet you have paid for several years! Donde Act notwithstanding.... Nothing is real unless it can be named; nothing has value unless it can be sold; money is worthless unless you spend it.
