I have been thinking about this business and what it entails.
To produce at relatively medium commercial scale
what are the equipments required.to process About 10 to 20 tonnes per 24 hrs or day.
What % of the maize ends up been flour after the bran and germ are removed.
The aquisition of maize as the raw material and being a seasonal crop.
The market for flour and the byproducts.
Any other relevant info
