I support......we should do about 3 marathon a year. I also promise to share our club member offers for mountain climbing and excursions, this weekend on Sato we going for cycle excursion in Kajiado county.

not yet... started getting my documents back. today we bought a demio! so I am back on wheels.

There is a group that organizes for the bikes and the helmets, like this weekend each person is paying 2800/= and the package is as below:

"The cycling will be 30 kilometres round trip in Kajiado county then we will have lunch and later go for swimming to cool off.

The basic cycling package includes:-

- Mountain bike (fully serviced bike with a gel seat)
- Helmet
- Packed Lunch / Juice / Water
- Round-trip transport from the CBD to location (Kajiado county)
- Swimming"
