Ndakaini is a monster!! even after carrying my 94kg frame around the city non-stop fr 10km - I don't feel it (just uchovu kiasi). After Ndakaini my masquembez were complaining!! they complained for about 3 days. [/quote]

Totally agree with you...whoever designed the ndakaini route probably thought it was for KDF training purposes. The hills were unforgiving. It is the longest 21km I have ever run.

Am definately going to ndakaini next year (God permitting)!

currently none! I am peculiar to most folk! things that I cannot change don't don't bother me. I remember praying this prayer some years back

Nope, I was way ahead of the band, from forest road I met the band at Museum hill.
