@ Kiyindo

I really envy you. I do. I got in at 10.00 and got out at 16.00 in April. Although a handsome profit,i missed out on the 200% gain. But seriously, whats propelling this stock to such heights? Whats the fundamental logic behind it? Is it only an issue of demand n supply, and if so why othes not skyrocketting like this counter

I've been monitoring keenly on this stock. The price has been on steady rise although with low volume. Today it has hit a high of Kshs 30.00 and the volumes has drasticaly increased...was /is there material info that I missed or someone is being lured to the KA (Killing Area) slaughter house? Over to you Jammo and Njunge. Shed some light on this. @simonkabz nili jaza weight

Share is trading cum div. Books close on friday 26th Jun. There are 23.7 mill shares. 17 mill are held by the top ten largest shareholders, leaving 6m for all of us to buy and sell. Makes sense!!!!!!. Ksh 679 million in reserves(equivalent Ksh 29/shre). Can it be better?

@ ice u still made something tidy.the greatest challenge is in holding on to a stock while the price is rising.
i like this counter because of its volumes:at around 23 million issued, so if you buy in small bits you are likely to get some and selling is still possible while at the same time accommodating sizeable price swings but at roughly quartely intervals.
secondly in my opinion not many investors bother with this stock since they largely follow the main bluechips so a number get caught off guard.
just got off today at 30...the greatest challenge for now is to hold on to cash since everything seems to head north!
if i would buy more, maybe later (spread buys starting late july) because the construction industry in kenya is still promising especially with govt. spending.

Volumes are still very low. I got in at 27/- two days ago and as you can see,I can easily get out at more than 10% today. I'm still enjoying the ride but will get out on friday at 20% in a week. Not bad at all.
