Cheers @Ericsson. I see the reason you are glad.

The share is fairly priced for now but there is space for real growth in earnings in the next 5 years.

Centum Investment Company Wins The 2013 Overall Fire Reporting Excellence (FIRE) Award

Centum Investment Company Limited won the overall Financial Reporting Excellence (FIRE) Awards together with several other awards at an event held at the Safari Park Hotel on the night of Friday 25th November 2013.

The awards won were in recognition of Centum’s excellence in the reporting of its financial performance. The FIRE Awards, which are held annually, celebrate the organizations that achieve the highest standards of financial reporting across various sectors and in the various countries of Kenya, Uganda, Tanzania and Rwanda. The Awards this year received over 100 participants.

.......

She thanked the Company’s directors for their support and guidance and also thanked the participants and judges for continually raising the bar in financial reporting excellence.

1.55mn were traded. Must be big boys buying so it's time to hold on until 30!

Investment company Centum has hit a one-year high of Sh30 per share boosted by rising demand...... Mr Kirubi said in an interview that he is yet to start buying Centum shares, meaning the increased demand is coming from other investors taking position on the counter.

“I have not activated my purchase yet. All I have got is permission from the regulator to do so,” said Mr Kirubi on phone from London.

I shudder to think... What price was CK planning to buy at? Or will he start selling as it trends towards 33?

The DJ networth is just going up and up. Centum though seem to know what they're doing. If they execute Two Rivers project the share will indeed be worth the 100 that the DJ was talking about.

For Kirubi to get the additional 5% one of the big shareholder will be reducing his shareholding.
The most likely suspect I see here is UAP.

Soo true.
@CK is a shrewd trader. There's no telling when he's going to decide to press that sell button.

He once had 1.6Bn worth of Centum. When is UAP listing or likely to list and what is the current OTC price(for UAP)?
