is it too import a car now from Japan??

My car seller says"Even if I arrange the shipping now, the car must not
be reached to Mombasa by November.
Because the shippping journey takes over One month at least".
please wazua help..will i be late ???

34 days actually is the transit time. So he is correct.

Just like a doctor would advice an expectant woman,it could be 34 days plus because carriers may experience delays at routings.

@Mthaka, Are you buying the Avensis alone? What happened to the "family" Subaru you guys were to buy? The one you were contributing 20%.


Moving on, i don't think it's too late. I'm on different line of biz but i expect to ship from those sides and still make a few dollars before new year.

Moving on, i don't think it's too late. I'm on different line of biz but i expect to ship from those sides and still make a few dollars before new year.

On being late, remember most carriers arriving in Mombasa are via South Africa, Zimbabwe and Tanzania hence further risk of later arrival

About the Forester and windows not being tinted, i think after a few rounds in it, you will see the need to tint them.
Privacy and security.
Not unless you have issues with the "privacy" part.
