The ICC has reportedly excused President Uhuru Kenyatta from continuous presence at his trial because of the "demanding functions" of his job as Kenya president.

Not every witness is a victim. Eg In the ongoing case, there is a mzungu expert who has studied widely on matters Kalenjin and will thus be explaining to the court about the cultures of Kalenjin for them to understand how Ruto was King.smile
