Hey People,

I need your advise.

I've got a BCom degree in Finance, i worked for about two years in insurance and then decided to go for Hustle Street, hoping that i could play the game on my own.

Unfortunately, my business - business advisory, didn't grow as fast as i wanted....so three years later, I want to go back to the corporate world.

How do i go back to the corporate world without having to go through entry-level again?

Thanks

Nesta

Pole. This reminds me one time, right after college, we used to psyke ourselves that 'own' business is the way to go. We then met Mike Macharia, CEO of Seven Seas Group, and on asking him which is better between Employment and Business, he mentioned the famous quote by Christopher McDougall

“Every morning in Africa, a gazelle wakes up, it knows it must outrun the fastest lion or it will be killed. Every morning in Africa, a lion wakes up. It knows it must run faster than the slowest gazelle, or it will starve. It doesn't matter whether you're the lion or a gazelle-when the sun comes up, you'd better be running.”.

Replace Lion/Gazelle with Self-employment/Employment.

I don't mean to lecture you but, suggest that you try harder and keep at it (whichever you choose), o'wise, after three years again, you will go back to Biz.

All the Best.

Life is joy, death is peace, but the transition is very difficult.

Nicely put @Web

Personally, I believe one needs not rush out of employment to start a bizna. Start when still in employment and try to grow it then quit.
Do not be anxious about anything, but in everything, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God..
