Just from KRA,I have never seen the need of replacing. my I.D after i lost a while back after showing it at the gate and being let in...at the ground floor reception I was told I cant get a pass to go to the floor I want....thought a passport is a valid official govt issued document...they accept a DL and an I.D but not a P.P...somebody school me.

Same thing happened to me sometime back. I had the waiting card. The G4S guard could have none of it and I had woken up to avoid the queue.
No ID no service at KRA.

Strange. Doesn't sound logical. A majuu friend of mine once told me he finds service at many places underwhelming. Possibly because Kenyans are understanding about poor service, are used to it and do nothing about it. Very rarely do we see people demanding to see the manager....and the manager of the manager.

with the poor and discourteous service exhibited in KE, you may ask to see the manager and they show you a photo of the owner or the PORK.....

He he ati a photo...anyway guess I was in a good mood and at the end of the day I went to the floor I wanted but am thinking of doing a letter to the CG telling him thats nonesense...

Best Government office service I have received; CID headquarters, Kiambu road. Good Conduct section issuance... Just never forgotten that one.

Worst Government Service; Judiciary. High Court building... ( guess we can now see why with all the wrangling. I guess good facilities don't mean good service)

When it comes to determining good customer service what aspects do you consider? Or how would you rank the below aspects?
1. Availability of information
2. Staff performance
3. Staff attitude
4. Efficiency & speed of services
5. Transaction process
6. Premises
