Dear Wazuans, Have a balance of Ksh 400,000 from a project that was over-budgeted. What less-risk investment/income generating project can I venture in? Also on the cards is maize/wheat farming or a buroti on the outskirts of Nairobi. For a little less than 400k, I will sell you a buroti in Murera, Ruiru. A few together, Titled Individually and I can offload one. If you can add to 800k, I can sell you along Eastern bypass, (2 Kilometers off bypass). Disclaimer: Mimi hapana broker/Land dealer.
