Whats wrong with the pricing of the plots 40X80-7.5kms from Thika road eastern bypass @ 700K...By @Theinvestor 40X60-7.5 Kms from Thika road @200K...By @Ali 50X70-2.5 Kms from Thika road southern bypass @2million...by @tom_boy

@ Swenani, thanks for your interest. Please note i have specified mine are also along the eastern by-pass, which gives a better understanding on the location. I have also priced them below the market rate in that area. Someone else specified his were 7.5km from thika rd but that could have been anywhere along thika rd. In addition, mine have titles which also gives a buyer comfort that the plots havent been allocated to someone else. I hope that sheds some clarity on the issue.

@girlabouttown. Thanks for your interest. Am selling them below mkt with the assumption that there are no broker fees. In addition, selling the plots below market ensures they sell quicker. This is something i do on the side. As proof, i can challenge you to check around the area to see if you can get a better price than mine for GENUINE plots with TITLES. My goal is to give you the best possible service and the best price. That way you will also bring your friends/family.....and yes, I DO NOT charge a viewing fee so come take a look, you lose nothing.
