has learnt circumstances
that led to last week’s
fallout between Nairobi
Senator, Mike Sonko, and
his side dish Nairobi
Women Representative,
Rachael Shebesh.
According to our source
from Parliament, Shebesh
and Sonko who have had
an extramarital affair for
the last couple of years,
fell out last week after
Sonko realised Shebesh
was having another affair
with Nandi Hills
lawmaker, Alfred Keter.
Shebesh and Keter have
had a close ‘affair’ or
rather a close working
relationship since August
which has been making
Sonko very jealous.
Incensed by the
relationship, Sonko
reprimanded Shebesh in
August at the basement of
K.I.C.C. when he found the
two in a car in a
compromising situation.
A scuffle ensued at the
basement of KICC and
Shebesh told Sonko that
she has opted for Keter
because he “satisfies her
better” than Sonko.
Sonko lost his cool and
gave Shebesh a dog’s
beating living Shebesh
nose bleeding and in pain.
Keter escaped from the
scene after Sonko
threatened to kill him and
pointed his pistol at him.
Sonko then took Shebesh
to a private room at
Crowne Plaza hotel where
she gave her another
beating after she reiterated
her earlier remarks that
he does not satisfy her
sexually.
