A wonderfully and simplistically written article I've just come across. TIPS TO GREAT HEALTHGreen Smoothie ~ Every single day 2 cups (any frozen fruit plus any dark leafy greens, rotate produce) Homemade Milk Kefir ~ Every single day 1 cup (B vits, enzymes, most probiotics in proper ph) Homemade Bone Broth ~ Every single day 1 cup (MANY nutrients needed for detox, plus minerals) Homemade Kombucha ~ Every single day 1 cup (displaces and replaces candida albicans in the gut, only if no mercury/amalgam fillings/toxicity issues, nor nursing) Liver one ounce ~ Only three times a week. (B-vits essential for detox) Lentils or Beans ~ 1 cup per day. (folate, molybdenum) Coconut Oil ~ 1 Tbls Every single day (medium chain fatty acids, kills candida in the large intestine) Fermented CLO ~ Every single day (most expensive item) (vit A, D, K, EFAs) Sauerkraut ~ 1 Tbls Every single day (or other raw, fermented food) (probiotics) Brazil nuts ~ 1 ONLY, Every single day (selenium) Celtic Sea Salt ~ a pinch in every glass of water, broth. (microminerals) Lemon juice ~ fresh squeezed, 1 tsp. in every glass of water or smoothie (alkalizing to body ph, paradoxically) Raw local honey ~ 1 Tbls at bedtime. @Mukiri, I suppose you are a member of this FB group and you have not stepped in a hospital for a while ? Would you be knowing whether "maziwa mala" by KCC contains live culture bacteria?

I find that statement a tad bit condescending... more-so when its information you seek from me. Why would you seek something from someone you look down upon? As for your question, you'll notice there is a new milk packaging on the shelves with 'refrigeration not a must' or something like that. Google sterilization and the common pasteurization. And my advice, if it counts for something... make your own fermented milk. If you are lucky, someone here might be willing to share their Milk Kefir grains with you.

THE BEET TESTEat beets. If they turn your urine pink/red, then you have low stomach acid. Stomach acid is a very important first step in digestion. Without enough, you can't absorb B12, and you have trouble absorbing zinc as well as several other nutrients. If you don't have adequate stomach acid, proteins aren't broken down properly, and so they can cause trouble in the small intestine and/or get absorbed whole into the bloodstream. Gluten and casein are famous for being addictive because they form opiod-like substances. Stomach acid is necessary to prevent them from becoming opiods. Histamine helps trigger the release of stomach acid. Histamine is found in several foods, especially ferments, so pile on another reason to eat ferments with every meal. Adequate zinc is also necessary to produce stomach acid (remember what's not absorbed well without it?).

@Mukiri, I am sorry if you found my statement condescending.I made it in good faith.I am a believer in alternative healing/treatments and thus I follow your posts. I would appreciate if you can post on simple protocols for say cleansing the liver,getting rid of mucoid plaque from the gut etc..

Draw a local foods equivalent shedule... eg 1 cup of Homemade Kombucha is equivalent to 1 gourd of porridge...ucuru wa gukio...and 1 egg yolk is equivalent to one full debe of nduma...arrow roots and so on and so forth... ...besides, the presence of a safe alone does not signify that there is money inside...

I had read about 'Food grade Hydrogen Peroxide' especially for Candida. Candida is phenomenon not fully understood and can manifest itself in a myriad of ways. Lethargy, lack of energy, acne, etc One of the ways of checking for it is, the SPIT TEST. First thing in the morning upon waking up, spit into a glass of water. After a while saliva should float, otherwise if you see 'strings' sinking to the bottom or part saliva which has sunk... mbloo umepatikana. Another is scraping your tongue first thing in the morning. Candida coats the tongue white. Have you ever tried it? PS: Dish washing liquid is poison. As is alot of soaps. Use a mix of Hydrogen Peroxide(bought from the supermarket) and Sodium Bicarbonate to do your dishes. If you add activated charcoal and coconut oil, you can use it as tooth paste, don't worry about the blackness of activated charcoal.

Just from a diabetes talk and free test to commemorate the World diabetes day. One of the symptoms of diabetes is mood swings, and one of the causes, stress.. I was reminded the way some people here spew vitriol, hyper-oscillating between charm and matusi in most cases. You know who you all are, please check for diabetes. Type 2 has virtually no symptoms that would send you to hospital... You might only get to know you have it from a random check.
