Problems in ODM are not as a a result of disagreements over the Mau issue. Far from it.

In fact Mau is a mere excuse for Ruto to advance his cause of driving a wedge between his community and Raila.

This campaign by Ruto and Co. started long before the clammer to rid Mau of its squaters.
Ruto is just out to bolt out of the party.

Things arent always the way they look like

It's common knowledge that these politicians invest heavily in political parties running to hundreds of millions of shillings. It must be really painful therefore to leave a party you helped form and finance. Parties should therefore be run like companies. If you wish to leave then you should be allowed to go with your shares. Maybe then will we witness less in- fighting

The MAD people here are most definately the KALEO's. They patch themselves up on top of the tree (read Mau) and begin to enjoy the fruits (read impunity) while the rest of the Kenyans are at the bottom waiting to pick the spoils and they now have cheek to invite the President (read PNU) to the Rift Valley (read their private property) yet just the other day they snubbed him during the burial of the Kiambaa Church victims of the Post Eelection Violence....what rubbish! What do they take us for?

These @#$%^ should be taught a lesson....they can't keep threatening ALL communities living in the RV and getting away with it. This country belongs to Kenyans and every community needs the other. RAILA is very right and he deserves our support irrespective of which community we come from or our political inclinations.

I am PNU damu but will more than gladly vote for Tinga if he kicks these *#$$% out of the Mau.

@Djinn,i don't see what ODM,PNU,Coalition yada yada fishcake....... has to do with our lack of water and elec. Can we get our priorities right for a change!

May we live in interesting times!

Firstly i am PNU damu. But what raila has shown is leadership which has been lacking for soo long in this country. Its als Very good to see that the President is also leading from the front on this issue. Kenya comes first and the rest like tribes later. Lets conserve our forests. This is the most important business right now. There are a lot of people with land elsewhere that can be bought and redistributed to the people who are landless, something that the Govenemnt machinery can handle.

However, the PM needs to also criticize respectifully and not abuse the former president like he did last week.

By looking at the topic,it is sad how easy we tribalise national issues. It is small-brained.

And who are these people calling themselves 'PNU damu'? There is no such thing.

@Donedeal - thats exactly my point.

The problem with equality is that we desire that it be with those that have more than us rather that those that have less

Get over it people!

If you you can't deal with people from other tribes within your borders,
how then do you expect to deal with other races outside your borders?

Bright and interesting people talk about ideas.
Those of average intelligence talk about things.
Stupid people talk about other people.
