Honestly, I don't know but my broker is opening an account for my son and he'll transfer. He said all I have to do is sign the transfers.

Mlennyma, put your Centum 20 at a good price (for odd lots), not normal board price, and I will take them immediately market opens tomorrow, I promise you that, I have an order for Centum odd lots

I've benefited from this thread. I had the odd lots but i have managed to clear them. I had thought that it was impossible to get rid of them.

You need patience to SELL/BUY odd lots.

Why then do we need brokers if they cannot sell a stock with odd lots for their customers? Isn't this a business weakness? Brokers where one has invested should be able to take up old lots at their present value back to the investing company! Odd lots are creation of bonus issues.
