I have tried for the last Month to apply for the HELB loan for my sibling in Vain.
The website has always responded like this
This webpage is not available.

The webpage at http://helb.co.ke/registration/register_past.jsp might be temporarily down or it may have moved permanently to a new web address.

Cant these people at Anniversary towers just revert to Manual forms instead of referring applicants to a non-operational portal?
Stayed up late today thinking traffic would be less but things are not moving..

Most gov't sites, from experience, are usually 'down' around end month (esp ever since GHRIS was implemented) and whenever they stipulate certain applications be made online (case in point, IEBC or in your case, HELB). The trick, I have found, is to keep trying especially at some random hour hivi, like say 3a.m on a Sato or Sun night. All the best.
Life is like playing a violin solo in public and learning the instrument as one goes on.

I may not be a Fan Of KRA but I like how they aproached the online filling, they still have room for manual return and their downtime isnt alarming. For helb, I think someone is fighting to justify his project
