I thought we could share some miracles that took place in the Westgate hell...

A four-year-old boy caught up in the Kenya mall massacre showed astonishing bravery by confronting a marauding gunman who ended up begging for his forgiveness.

After Elliot saw his mother crying in pain He bravely told him “You Are A Very Bad Man” and the terrorist ended up asking for forgiveness saying “Please Forgive Me We Are Not Monsters”. The amazing thing is that the terrorist offered Chocolate Mars bars to him and his sister after seeking for forgiveness.

Moving @washiku, true hero spirit indeed.
Ordinary Kenyans quickly and courageously became their brothers' keepers. Many went out of their way to move the injured, scared, traumatised, out of harms way; whether trained or not, armed or not, regardless of tribe color creed.

I also came across Satpal Singh. He was at Java Coffee House when he heard the commotion on ground floor. Instead, he chose to ran into the melee armed with a rungu. He was shot at four times, twice by the terrorists and twice again by police officers.

I believe, if you run away from a situation you make it worse. But if you try and help the situation you can control it. When you surrender yourself to God he will give you courage, he will show you a way, and he will protect you.

Have Mercy o this Country our dear lord.
Do not be anxious about anything, but in everything, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God..

The crazy Joseph Mathenge, journalist who put his lens on the line to capture amazing raw footage after terrorists initial onslaught.

And the newly married Tyler Hicks who rushed over on hearing gunshots armed with a small camera. When his wife Nichole heard from her husband, she ran home, wore a helmet and picked one for him, packed cameras and dove into the fray. What would you expect from a photojournalist couple...

Son of an ex-minister, from North Eastern. While at Yaya Centre was informed his brother was stuck in Westgate and took off immediately. Had to flee from an accident he caused at Yaya parking in his haste.

He found Kenyan Asian community policing already at the gate of Westgate. After a brief heated argument with Harish - older looking armed man, soon they were covering RedCross guys saving victims from the mall. His group of five - 3 civilians and 2 plainclothes policemen - are responsible for pulling out most people hiding in shops between 1.30pm and 5pm on the day right from 2nd floor to ground floor.

They were so determined foccussed alert, that they didn't have time to exchange pleasantries or know each other.

Raisah Virani is 15 yrs old and I'm wowed by her courage . "I want to come out of this a victor not a victim."

She was at the cookout when they attacked. She saw cars explode in snyc without anyone throwing grenades, then the nightmare began. People around her dying, and everyone else lying low, still, for over an hour.

She was bleeding on her back but she could only see her injured friend who was shot twice on her leg. Then the terrorists announced "If you are Muslim stand up and go".

She knew she was muslim but she says she didn't want to be selfish, to leave her friend behind. She chose to stay until they could both escape as she pushed a trolley with all her strength; the trolley in which her friend who couldn't walk sat on.

Many times I look around and I see a bunch of selfish and proud people whose world revolve around 'me' and I.
A people who have allowed race, religion and positions to deny them the best gift one can ever lend to a human in need, which is help.
So when I see beautiful souls cutting across the above such as these, I can't help but break.
May they and their future generations be blessed.
