The fortunes of many Farmers have [in other parts of the world]changed to the better after a good tomato harvest season.

The sad story in Kenya is; farmers get losses instead of profits, therefore get poorer instead of getting richer.

Farmers in Tunisia can provide a lesson to Kenyan farmers on how to make money from tomatoes. They are exporting thousands of tons of tomatoes to Italy yet Kenya rarely has enough to herself throughout the year.

@haron,
Two questions
1.What is the shelf life after drying ?
2.How does the food prepared using the dry tomatoes taste ?
