What if u incude asection where you can source jobs for job seekers or source employees for firms and make $ thro it?

@ flowman,thanks for the link. Like i said,I am in HR but i want to go the consultancy route. This is just but a start. For now i am making nothing from the blog but considering its part time i dont mind.
