Marriage is a very personal thing between two people.. once you put your dirty linen out to the public it will never work.

Very true. Trying to Imagine Davids situation, what with the whole world knowing his marriage issues. No one should treat another human being to this kind of ridicule.
Too often we underestimate the power of a touch, a smile, a kind word, a listening ear, an honest compliment, or the smallest act of caring, all of which have the potential to turn a life around.... Leo Buscaglia

This is some kind of new genre of entertainment.. i just wish they would keep the Bible and Christianity out of it.

Discretion and privacy is out, fame and notoriety is in!

This Njeri circus, My unspoken, Tujuane, Big Brother, to some degree slimpossible, maina kageni's morning show, shiko's busted etc all cashing in on gossip and the display of individuals private lives to all and sundry.

I feel violated for having allowed myself to read it.

Indeed it has nothing to do with the Bible and Christianity.

If it were she would have stood in the ways and asked for the old paths where the goodway is and walked therein and she would have found rest for her soul.

But she would not.

Scripture aside, it feels like she is undergoing feelings of ultimate betrayal. Her husband cheating on her with not one but two of his secretaries in succession all the while professing his love. If they work(ed) together as claimed elsewhere, for the hubby to have acted that way with subordinates is just a disgrace to say the least to her character.

She must have been made to look and now feel the public fool. I guess this is payback. Who is the bigger fool now?

She may just have opened a can of worms to her sympathetic following. Cheaters BEWARE!!

I wonder whether he ever imagined in his wildest dreams that I would do this; that is, write about everything that he did to me and what I know about him. I bet you he is as shocked at me as much as I am shocked at him.

In this season, I am no longer interested in David ever coming back to me.

There is no me for him to come back to.

I am so way ahead of him; I am out of his league.

He cannot come back to me; he can only catch up with me.

To catch up with me, he has to die first like I did. I believe that I am living life after death.

I don't know why i even opened the rink.NKT!

She should have written a book, made a buck or two, sort of like Mariama Ba's So Long A Letter,...then gone on to see a counsellor.
Going on about it on a public blog will provide some amusement to some hardened types (I mean, seriously, we have all been cheated on), wring one or two tears from the bleeding hearts, then very soon become old hat and her collective audience will move on to the newest, most shocking drama.
And then all that stigma and pity will follow her for months with people whispering every where she goes 'Is that the woman whose husband .....poor her'
Idiotic.

Another angle to look at it from... Culture shock. You marry a man whose culture allows him to have several wives because you love him. Once the honeymoon phase wears out, the reality hits, HARD Kidero style.
Life is short. Live passionately.
