I have been thinking of venturing into property but the prices only remind me of my currently shallow pockets. I thought crossed my mind this morning but I do not know whether it can materialize into something and that is why I have come to seek advice from wazuans:
-Is it possible to buy a single stall in a building where you will be the owner forever and be able to rent it out to businesspeople?
-If the answer to the above question is yes, how much is one stall, 10ft by 10ft in Nairobi or Thika? i enquired and found stalls being rented out at 5k per month in Thika.
-Again, what is the legal procedure of the transaction?

Good question.

Been thinking about this. Esp for renting... While answering the above, anyone with info on rent prices in malls etc. i'm sure this info may be useful to the poster (and myself).
