Your question on how many give bribes is doing little justice apart from making bribers look bad. Wrong doing is wrong doing, be it a white lie or a murderer. Even if you are born again, it is not in your place to merit anyone based on their lifestyle, that's God's jurisdiction. Again you wouldn't be saved by good deeds, no one can! You are saved by grace afforded to you by being a believer. So your question as innocent as it may look is unjust.
