Al-Futtaim Auto & MAchinery Co LLC has made take-over bid. Shareholders holding 50.63% have agreed to sell, led by Mr Muthoka.

Company to de-list if offer is successful.Another Kenyan Co. bites the dust at a cheap price.

The Group "provides products and services to a diverse range of industries and commercial undertakings covering the transportation, construction, oil & gas, manufacturing, warehousing and marine sectors".

Any lawyers in Wazua house to advise on the money the directors stashed in the Jersey Islands or safe havens?
I think CMA must not approve of the sale before this is sorted.

You bought after split. used to trade around 150 bob then split and euphoria took it to 22 thereabout.
