As much as Dangote builds most of his businesses from scratch,i forsee him buying an existing cement company and my bet would be ARM due to the fertilizer link....any idea on the market cap of ARM?

Dangote is better off buying out Bamburi's stake in EAPCC then inject cash for a Rights Issue [which some minority shareholders will not take up] to get his stake above 51% than go for the high PER ARM.

If I was Dangote,I would not touch EAPCC.....the government has a big stake in it thereby making it a bad company.....unless GoK sells their stake ....

I also feel that if Dangote was to enter Kenya it would be through an EAPCC privatization!

To take a company like EAPCC private will be a massive PR campaign for 2017...
