Saw the Waki report. Kibaki and Raila are not in it. Names have been arranged according to occupation. ie.,Church leaders,politicians,business people etc. Uhuru and Ruto are in the list. Anyone getting a copy,please post it here.

If OCampo had to appoint six perpetrators 1/3 had to be women no? so at least two donge?
