Fight club... Ex Banker vs Banker (HFCK) definitely will be a good fight. On test is the new property law touching on mortgage foreclosure. This case will be an interesting template for similar mortgage foreclosures. A tight rope for mortgage lenders...

Member finally breakout of 36/- resistance level after 3 months of accumulation at 33 - 34 level. Extension levels 45 - 50. I expect this rally to overtake simba's.

$15/barrel oil... The commodities lehman moment arrives as well as Sovereign debt volcano!

The demand for Equity Bank is too strong and supply is drying up.....Ksh 40 may be surpassed as early as tomorrow. We may see Ksh 45 for equity bank if safaricom breaches the Ksh 10 price and KCB goes above Ksh 50.

Got this thing a while back at Ksh32.5. but its still measly. Wonder when that prediction will happen.
