Hi guys,planning to relocate my bizna, anyone with a plot within Nairobi i can rent/buy and develop?or a godown?
Must be accessible by trailers,next to a tarmacked main road,enough parking space and a traffic of customers.My budget for renting is 50k to 70K pcm depending on location and size, for a period of not less than 5yrs.

My preferred location would be along waiyaki way all the way to kinoo,gong road mpaka corner,gitanga road,naivasha road mpaka precious blood high school,ngara road. I would consider Mombasa road and muranga/thika road.Any one?
