EAPC is similar to BOC in terms of illiquidity.

There have been 2 volumes spikes since, but by and large it’s an illiquid counter

Charts or no charts, my determining factor of getting into Portland Cement has been if they get a license to mine coal and limestone at Mui Basin. The other of cause is engagement in Lapset and other government projects such as the standard gauge rail line and oil production.

Bullish chart, but I never bother with illiquid counters. Too much headache getting the size you want and the stress of selling asap is equally another put off. A history of gok interference as a board member should also be noted.
