Ditto. urban and peri-urban areas in Central have just about the same high returns(I once made 350% return in a span of 11 months) as these 3 cities without you having to break the bank.
But you need good sources on the ground (land deals in Central are very very secretive). Let the brokers/middlemen get their cut and you will always be their first go to guy.
All in all, I do not believe there is currently any business that has a higher return/risk ratio than land speculation in Kenya.
