Why Bank Charges are high....

Went to Uchumi Ngong Road.

Five ATMs, from five different banks.

Each ATM has a guard.

Three of the guards are from the same company.

If the five banks got together, they could get only two guards to man the place, actually one is enough but we need two in the event that one needs to take a crap.

There are no guards in the evening, so why have five during the day when there is more risk in the evening/night?
