Surprising that when a new Head of Africa Operations joins, charges go up to 4.02 for off-net and on-net. And the effort to add 2 cents on top so it's the most expensive network, a change in strategy? Safaricom still charges 4/=. Yu at 3/=. then they charge you a bob per day on chart 30400 which i never subscribed to and dont know how to use. Thieves
