Turn off are kasa, kerugoya and sharing rent of 7.5k eish

Kuwa mpole kaka brasa!! Must be a student - probably USIU or any other nearby colleges.

And 7.5k is alot of money even to a good number of employed Kenyans. Try not to be snobbish!! There are Kenyans who's whole salary is 7.5k!
Never count on making a good sale. Have the purchase price be so attractive that even a mediocre sale gives good returns.

Well said @MB. This kind of adverts are very common in Europe/N. America where students and single people/employees are looking for flatmates to share rent payments. 3 people would normally take a 3bdrm house and each occupies a bdrm, while sharing the kitchen, bathroom (maybe it's also happening hapo kileleshwa). For a 1bdrm house, one would take the bedroom and the other live in the sitting room.

Anyway, the lady is not my friend but the advert caught my eye coz it reminded me of my student days in far away lands, and how we used to operate.

Working people are increasingly doing this in Nairobi, I have a met quite a few but its more pervasive in far away lands.

This is a rather risky approach especially for a lady. What if a rapist or thief answers the ad?

You'd be shocked to discover that a con man/men were behind it.
They steal beautiful ladies photos and use them to advertise so many things.
And then the nightmare begins.
