This thread is not about saving the lives of goats cos mbuzi tutakula smile

Lately, the reputation of Wazua Club SK's Mbuzi tradition has been besmirched by some unfortunate posts and comments leading some members to say they have been put off coming to Mbuzi.

I think it is fair to say that if you have a sack of potatoes and you find a few bad ones, you don't throw away the whole sack and decide you will eat not chips or mokimo or whatever tickles your tastebuds.

There are a lot of positive things that come out of the Mbuzi tradition; yes, it is not perfect but let's be objective about it.

Na ule aligonga gari ya Magigi bado hajajitokeza Shame on you

If you can tame the likes of @Kiash mpaka they go into hiding, why not Impunity, i see a few ladies stand up for themselves with little or no help from Wazua men, actually most cheer Impunity...

I get your point and I agree that those kinds of comments are unacceptable. What I am not sure about is who this 'you' is....may be you mean the republic of Wazua?

I don't know anything special, I was just speculating, they were on each other's case even before the mbuzi and this went into overdrive after the mbuzi!

First chumsquest is in December, come one come all!
Many ladies didn't turn up in the last mbuzi,we were about 6 and it had had nothing to do with @impunity,but I agree that people shy away when their physical attributes become the point of discussion.
@impunity can simply be banned ;for example, refuse to have his presence or contribution.
@coolio,you have a better idea?

Mbuzi is actually about networking, sharing and just having a good time- many will attest.

I spent a considerable time of my life dreading to look at myself on the mirror. But this is just vanity.

It's much like in this case. Wishing to 'tame' @impunity is acknowledging the 'derogative' nature of what he might have meant. It's an admission that Wazuans are insecure.

But should members discuss Mbuzis? Of course! And what happens after? Anything. Like there's a place @kysse tells us that moderation in drinking doesn't happen at mbuzis. Maybe @impunity was angered and decided to throw one of his own (in case he was there, and drinking).

The thing to do is forgive and grow and love. That's how impunity is tamed. Not G.S.U! Lol.

Sorry about your trials and tribulations @CLK. On behalf of those of my Wazua brothers who are yet to make the transition from the stone age, I apologize.

But you don't have to skip the mbuzi on their account. You can come incognito, like JC. 'The unknown guest; the silent listener to every conversation." smile

I have done it before.
