My take....@Mawinder is real.
All he is saying is instead of RAO using his energies fighting for useless things like the VIP lounge that are for his personal benefit he should be doing things that will assist the community.Since Conge is from Siaya he should take the lead and the rest of us will follow.
Is it not said that Charity begins at home??
We are ready to assist Conje get back to her feet but we have no cordinated way of doing it.Watu wa Siaya mpo?
That kind of tribal thinking is bogus. The notion that RAO must solve all health problems that Luos face does not make the slightest sense.
The whole charity begins at home thing is the kind of tribal thinking that Kenyans should be getting rid of. If you say charity begins at home then Conje's home was Nairobi. Therefore Nairobians should be the 1st to help Conje.
Also its hypocritical for you and Mawinder to complain about RAO when
Kibaki does not even take care of his own family. KTN recently did an exposee showing how Kibaki's sister who raised him lives in absolute poverty. The Kenyatta family similarly has close relatives in absolute poverty.
The VIP lounge thing was mostly about respect versus discrimination. TNA folk like Kimemia were simply looking for ways to humiliate RAO as much as possible. It is a lack of class on their part.
Once again you types are looking at it through tribal lens.
I am sure that if Kibaki was ever asked to use public toilets you would be screaming bloody murder.
And if you look at it from the perspective of security and efficient operation at the airport, it does not make sense for RAO to use public facilities. If you are operating an airport you do not want anything that can cause commotion.
A former Prime minister should be allowed to access VIP facilities. Only in tribally oriented Kenya do those in power seek to humiliate their political opponents and show an utter and thus show a complete lack of class
