I am a student and at the same time a capitalist entrepreneur. I have managed to set some cash aside for the purpose of running a side hustle as we go back to campus. Which business can I start with Ksh 200,000 and manage it passively to guarantee a minimum of 30k monthly? Please give ideas of businesses that can be ran passively and have easy accounting procedures. I stress this because I would like a business where it is hard to get robbed by employees. I know it will happen which is normal, but I would like to minimise it and maximize returns on my investment. I will only be available during weekends. Please advise

I am Proud of being a wazuan. These days we are getting a minimum of three People, totally new and making their first Post asking for guidance on something

Wazua must be very Popular

But now @Associate, I cannot figure a business with such high Profits, I mean you Invest 200k and you are guaranteed 30K monthly returns.. and also the riskier the business the higher the Profits and so if you want a business with little supervision and little engangement and a business hautaibiwa, then forget tidier Margins.

Kwanza Hiyo ya Kuibiwa, me I love it and came to learn that you remain poor kama hauibiwi.

Welcome @Associate.

Welcome @Associate.

High risk does not necessarily mean high return. Low risk does not necessarily mean low return. I seek a business which people regard as risky but whose risks can be significantly reduced by e.g technology, business model in use etc. A guy roasts maize in the streets and takes home 500bob daily. Having 200,000 and expecting 30k monthly is a very conservative forecast. I already have a couple of business ideas, I just need wazuan ideas to compare with mine because I respect wazuans

High returns indeed! A rental building that cost 10M is giving only 75K per month so 30K from an investment of 200K is marvelous!
