Can this land even be sold? Last time it was being offered at 100k an acre less than a year ago and impossible to transfer title.

The price range per acre around there is much much lower if taking the 60 acre blocks!!!!

Usicheke @kularaha that is the average price of the whole lot in that area.
Transfer is possible it just costs about 10% of the price

Even in the main shopping centre ( Kimana Town) you can get an acre for less than 1.5m. I think you are pricing yourself out of the market. 60 acres are going for not more than 6m . You bought it for 3m at most. Now you want to sell it for 90m? Camaaaaaan! Shame on you Shame on you Shame on you Shame on you
