@sober, you must have missed a word in your title. Did you intend to write "Home Afrika results for period ended June 2013"

so on a pe basis which is most optimistic, there's no reason the share should trade at more than 4.00.

Salaaaaa! Not sure I'm qualified to analyse these accounts, I'd really like to know how much they have in the bank. Cash after all is king!

Revenue for 6 months: 420 million
Profit before tax: 236 million
Cash from operations: 794,000 down from 642 million 6 months ago

@Mwekez@ji I had a look at the statement and the H12013 results are compared with FY2012...

That means earnings this year might almost double!

NAV per share now at 1bob...

Home Afrikas valuation at 12bob is now approaching the likes of NMG, Scangroup and ARM! smile

My bad. I delete the two words in red. All else remains. I find Scangroup & ARM very pricey. Thinking of NMG.

My advice is never buy into companies you do not understand.
it should be simple to understand
what product are they selling
do you understandthe product
do you trust the people on the board
what is the long term future of the company.
Athe end it's your brain and your money .

home Africa didn't feel right to me, it was too fast for me, sleek, few people knew about it and up to now i don't know what they are selling i hope it's not air. I hear it's the future i buy the present for the future

Even the conmen at Olympia don't give 4 cents. They give either zero or 5 cents!

0.33% dividend yield for interim is about the same yield for CFC Stanbic! smile

The directors are being strategic with these announcements as we hit the listing price...

Some small money is about to be made here!

Shame on you CFC yield is 3x this. And still we aint calling the CFC interim dividend good news. So imagine what we'll call this Home Afrika dividend. Least ever paid dividend in the stock exchange¿
