I decided some weeks back to stop living irresponsibly and take back my body. I started exercising (taking to the rugby pitch) and eating small potions of food. it has worked wonders! 4 weeks down the line - I have lost close to 6kgs in 4 weeks! I have perforated my belt to add an additional hole! my clothes don't fit they are becoming over-sized! I am generally feeling happier. I am at 100kgs but with the same level of activity and intake control I will hit 80kgs in 2-3 months.

Applause Applause Applause Have a look at the '4-Hour Body'... apparently you can loose weight even without exercising(for the lazy ones). As long as you know the right food combinations.

I just jog for 30 minutes twice a week and play golf 18 holes once a week....and I have been able to maintain my weight for the last 2 years.

Sorry brazza @masukuma, I would like to introduce you to one small reality; weight loss is rapid at first, the first 10 kg sort of disappear, then you body goes 'oooooooh', like it is conspiring against you, it adapts and then you hit a plateau. Losing half a kilo takes weeks. You need to know that this point is coming and it is where many give up, dejected. Try not to. Eventually the kilos come down but after a long slog. To survive, you need to enjoy exercise, ingrain it into your life so that it becomes a habit of life and not a goal to be met.
