I think Mourinho talks too much. But his walk was evident on the pitch. Some of his players were anonymous and for John Terry to be given man-of-the-match award speaks volumes. I thought he would bring his Real Madid attacking game, but this seemed like the Inter/Chelsea affairs of old.
His team's midfield was arguably stronger, but Cleverley was still getting the ball and putting in those passes. David de Gea would have taken a newspaper and sat on a stool, that was the state of Chelsea's attack.
I think they were trying to stiffle United, rather than attack United, for in England, there's only one team that can produce counterattack to devastating effect. GGMU!!
