He was well received and did some good estates btn 20-30 units an estate till he started doing what most business guys will do, take deposit put them in other uses and the clients continue waiting for houses. At one point he owned FINA bank rwanda a lot of millions till when he was put inside. I think in one way or another he could be a conman Life is an endless adventure
