What will happen to those who did not fill the forms and is there link to contct them online for a yes or no and what information is required on the link?

You should NOT expect to get back the same amount you put in - it can be lower or higher. In this case it is lower! Would you be making the same demand if the offer price from DD was sh140? Nothing is real unless it can be named; nothing has value unless it can be sold; money is worthless unless you spend it.
