I have identified two adjacent plots (66*33, Each) in Tassia Estate for commercial use. I would like to know the following from fellow Wazuans who may have purchased in the past or have information on the same.
(a) What are the risks of purchasing this plots given the mother tittle is in the name of NSSF?
(b) What is the procedure of checking the authenticity of the owners and is there a chance that one can be swindled should the there be collusion with NSSF officials?
(c) What are the costs that are charged by NSSF?
(d) Are there other costs that the owner pays to NSSF after acquiring the plots?

I would appreciate your comments on the above issues.

Confirm with NSSF 9th Floor if the plot is registered in the seller’s name.
Transfers are executed by NSSF through their lawyer and ownership can actually be transferred to your names if it’s fully paid.

Did you? How did it go?

Life is joy, death is peace, but the transition is very difficult.
