Financing for business start up?

Sources of funds.
1. Your Savings.
2. Bank Loan
3. Venture Capitalists
4. Family and Friends
5. Angel Investors

Option 1 is most frequent. Works most of the times. Other Options are huwesmek!

But you shall remember the LORD your God,for it is He who is giving you power to make wealth,that He may confirm His covenant which He swore to your fathers,as it is this day. Deu 8:18

get your financial accounts and bank statements and walk to any bank. You are save in case there are collaterals. Also consider sacco borrowings coz of the constant interest rates.

Marko,as a startup,that will be your problem wherever you go. I would start with whatever little I have. Remember kidogo kidogo hujaza kibaba.......Whatever you have is what the Gods wanted you to start with. So instead of wasting time looking for funds which you know are going to be imposible to get,sell the car and start your business.....You will be able to borrow later.......If the car is too important or too risky for you to sell,why then should I give you a loan?.....That is how the bank thinks.

@marko,
Any success?
@Wazuans
My friend is looking for a loan to finish the purchase of a matatu, he had already saved a substantial amount which caters for two thirds of the cost so he needs the rest of the amount to cover the remaining one third.
Any ideas on financing that can be offered?
Thanks.
