Hi guys,

I have just bought an 1/8 of an acre and i need to construct a 5 bedroom house.The problem is i dont want a 'ghorofa',will a bungalow fit in there?

A five bedroomed Bungalow will leave very little or no space for parking, Garden, not unless you build very tiny rooms.

It will not fit.A bungalow needs at least half an acre.

@Celemwa: where I come from, wazees are greeted by a reasonably sized sheep (or goat) + guard of wine.

assuming 1/8 you mean 50'×100' plot, it can comfortably accommodate your 5-bedroom bungalow. but as you'll soon find out from the referenced threads, it may not be the best configuration for your space, aesthetically and cost-wise
