Do you support the roadside law court started yesterday at M-road?
A friend parted with so much money for a minor offence (overlapping); it took him 30 minutes to have his case decided plus show of evidence!

How do we measure the "minor-ness" of an offense? Overlapping is very annoying

Wacha watu washike adabu! This overlapping thing is so ingrained in some people that only hitting the pocket for 10K will make them pause and think.
Next step, fine vehicles which have broken down on the road. That mlima on Mbagathi way just before Memorial Hospital is notorious for broken down trucks.
