Acceptances received 87.5%.

I am sure Dimension Data will not run the company into the ground. On the contrary, it will grow and be more profitable...And there are laws against minority oppression. All shareholders, big or small, are to be treated equally as provided under the law. I am in for the long run unless I am enticed to sell out to Dimension Data at 20/- a share!

Sad Why would CMA allow this data to be released to the public and yet the share/stock is not trading? Isn't it absurd and theivery? They make money using our money and go scot free to the bar! CMA should force them to declare a strip dividend to counter that!d'oh!

Even if they dont de-list the share will be illiquid which is not good.
